Bringing together some of the best chefs and restaurants in the region, the community dinner will be a celebration of beautiful food and quality produce.
Chefs will be working with a local food producer of their choice to bring you dishes that reflect and celebrate our region. Expect live food stations by Fleet Restaurant, Harvest Cafe, Three Blue Ducks and Paper Daisy, followed by a banquet prepared by 100 Mile Table and dessert from Paper Daisy. Beverages will be supplied by Stone & Wood, Husk Distillery and Adley & Clarke Wines with special cocktails made specifically for the event.
Funds raised on the night will be donated to Ozharvest, to distribute food to those that need it most in the Tweed/Byron region. OzHarvest is the first perishable food rescue organisation in Australia that collects quality excess food from more than 2,000 commercial outlets and delivers it, direct and free of charge, to more than 800 charities.
The event is expected to sell out quickly so get in there now to secure yourself one of the coveted tickets.
