Anna Spiro’s signature interior design is what differentiates this little hotel out of town. The use of cobalt, indigo blues and white are part exclusive English teahouse and part Hamptons beach shack which immediately makes you want to don a frock and swan around by the pool with a cocktail. The restaurant is elegant and the food more so – chef Ben Devlin, has a solid culinary track record having worked under Rene Redzepi at Noma in Copenhagen (amongst other notable achievements) plating up elegant, beautiful, food rendering the entire experience pretty bloody fabulous actually.
This is where you go to celebrate a special occasion or to have cocktails with the ladies. Frock up a little, this destination eatery is truly a go-to for an elegant outing up the road from the more casual chic of Byron.
